Joe, from (936) 524-2876. He reads what you wrote on the website and replies himself, the same way he'd reply to anyone who'd asked him a question. There is no automated messaging system on our end sending these.
That's a deliberate choice. We build assistants that draft and wait for approval rather than firing things off on their own, and it would be a strange way to introduce ourselves if the first message you got from us was automated.
You typed your number into the chat on tidaratech.com and tapped "Start the conversation." That's the only way anyone gets messaged by us.
We do not buy, rent, scrape or swap phone numbers, and we do not message people who haven't asked to hear from us.
A conversation about your business or your life and whether a Tidara assistant would suit it — picking up from what you already told us, so you don't have to start again.
No marketing blasts. No newsletters. No "just checking in" a year later.
As often as a normal conversation needs, and not at all once it's finished. If you don't reply, we'll follow up once and then leave you alone.
Nothing from us. Your own carrier's message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP, or just say "no thanks", or don't reply at all. Any of those work and we treat them the same way. You don't have to be polite about it and you won't be asked why.
You can also email [email protected] and ask us to delete your number, which we'll do.
Your number, your name and what you told us go into our own customer records and nowhere else. What we do with them is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
